By participating in the sports tournament organized by The Zahra(s) Trust Canada and Jaffari Sports Committee (Islamic Shia Ithna Asheri Jamaat of Toronto) (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am voluntarily participating in this tournament and understand that it involves risks of injury or harm.
I waive, release, and discharge the Organizers, their officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me during the tournament or during my travel to and from this event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during the tournament.
I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
I acknowledge that this Release of Liability will be used by the Organizers and will govern my actions and responsibilities at said tournament.
I understand that by agreeing to this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

No refunds, all sales are final.
